Ian’s maternal haplogroup has been listed by 23andMe as H34. Ian submitted his details to OpenSNP.org in May 2019, Dr. Ian Logan had the following to say about Ian’s 23andMe test.
Firstly, Yes, you are H64 as your results have both the 16291T & the
11150A mutations required.see this list: .. 23andMe H64 263G 523C
1438G 8860G 10262G 11150A 16291TAnd, these SNPs are actually tested twice each ….

i705594 MT 11150 Ai3001801 MT 16291 T
i703689 MT 16291 TIt is strange that 23andMe should mention H34 – and I suspect there has
just been a misprint somewhere in their material.
Interestingly H34 requires the mutation 15519C; and in your sample both
tests for this failed. (i4000746 MT 15519 — ; i701449
MT 15519 –)Haplogroup H64 is a small group. But FTDNA says it has identified 87
samples, out of its total of 167,939; i.e 1 in every 1930 samples,
with most coming from Irish customers.
