Ian has been a huge fan of this musician since he was a teenager. The following tale Ian has already told to the musician – when Ian worked for a Pharma company in Macclesfield. When Ian was a Business Analyst, Ian had a manager who knew Ian was a massive fan of the musician. His manager had heard him listening to the musician’s music both solo and when he was in his best known group, on earphones, whilst Ian was working. The music was to zone out all the noise in a large open plan office, so he could concentrate.
One Monday she came in to work and explained she had been to a Rewind North concert at Capesthorne Hall over the weekend and seen the musician perform. She made a point of telling Ian how excellent the muscian’s set was. Ian has wondered a few times since he discovered ‘our’ family connection to Mr Ure what she would say now.
Ian is now turning his attention to solving this familial puzzle.
